After placing the order, I realized the person I sent it to would not be there for the week iI requested it to be delivered. I called and someone actually picked up the phone on the second ring. I explained and sure enough, they held back the order and sent it when the person was home weeks later. The people I bought the cactus for, loved it so much they named it Augie and they now talk about it like a family member. It was so well worth the money and looks like it will probably outlive my friend. HA! if you are going to buy a cactus, look no further. I did your research, I have had the experience and the Cactus Outlet is the best.
I made the mistake and initially planted the cactus in a direction where it got too much sun. Who knew? I contacted the Cactus Outlet who advised what I had done wrong. They also said they would replace it. I felt since it was my fault so I would work with the plant I had. Fortunately I had planted it in a planter so I just turned the planter. All has been well ever since. Thank you Cactus Outlet. Five stars.
Incredible specimen. Flawless with zero blems, and it’s the size of a volleyball!! Has very well-developed root system. It has been an awe-inspiring addition to my ever-growing collection. I cannot take my eyes off of it! So glad that I decided to make this purchase!
