SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Here at the Cactus Outlet, we ship our products throughout the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping arrangements can be made to Alaska and Hawaii for an extra cost. All of our plants are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. Expedited shipping can be arranged for an extra cost. All of our plants are shipped bare root. Bare root is the plant with its' root system intact with minimal to no soil. Our plants do not ship to you in a nursery container.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order was placed. All orders have an up-front delivery promise that is displayed before an order is placed.
We provide free standard ground shipping on all of our orders. All other expedited orders and priority orders will be charged as per the carrier’s shipping quote.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 business days for your order to process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At The Cactus Outlet, we guarantee happy and healthy plants shipped straight to your door! If for some reason your plant arrives damaged from shipping/delivery, please visit our Contact Page and send us a message.
We can only accept product returns up to 14 days after delivery. In your message, please include your name, email address, order number, name(s) of the product(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your return or exchange.
Once we receive your message, we will contact you via the email address you submitted in the contact form. We may also ask for proof of your damaged item(s) that includes images of the product(s), shipping box(es), and shipping label(s). To return damaged products, please provide an image of the whole product, including the damage(s).
